FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free for homeowners?
Yes. Homeowners pay nothing and are under no obligation to sign. Our revenue comes from our partner design and renovation firms.
Who gets my contact details?
Only the firms we match you with (up to 3), and only to contact you and quote for this renovation. We never sell them to third parties.
Do I have to sign with a firm you introduce?
No. Meet them, compare proposals and quotes — if none fit, you don't have to sign.
Which areas do you cover?
Currently Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (including Putrajaya and Cyberjaya). More states coming soon.
How soon will I hear back?
Once you confirm on WhatsApp, we usually match and introduce firms within 1–2 working days.
How accurate is the budget estimate?
It's a rough estimate based on typical market rates, for early planning only. Actual costs depend on site measurement and the firm's quotation.
